These terms of use cover the application, approval and granting of permission to an individual, business or organisation to use the Made in Britain logo  in promotional, advertising, instructional, or reference materials, or on their web sites, products, labels, or packaging.

Any individual, business or organisation that meets the listed criteria  can apply to be granted use of Made in Britain logo. Successful application means your business can apply the logo to the product and product packaging of those items that are made in the UK. Application to use the Made in Britain logo is made via the website. We aim to review applications within 10 working days. We may request written evidence with references and we withhold the right to ask to visit your business premises prior to approval.

If your application to use the Made in Britain logo is successful we will provide your company with full brand guidelines, high resolution copies of the logo in colour, greyscale and black and white and a year’s licence to use the logo. Users are not permitted to alter or amend in any way the design elements of the logos provided.

You will be required to re-confirm your declaration of provenance on an annual basis. This declaration must be made by the owner or a company director or someone acting on their behalf.
